Jack Driessen has been named as Chief Financial Officer and Ryan Philo as Chief Product Officer by Payter, a global leader in payment technology.

Due to notable development in sales and reputation, the Netherlands-based company, which specializes in unattended contactless payment terminals, is actively growing its workforce throughout the UK, Europe, and the USA.

With over 25 years of expertise in the UK and European payments business, Ryan Philo is the CPO of Payter. Ryan led the development of the cutting-edge Omni-Channel Managed Payment Processing products and services at Optomany Limited while serving as CTO and eventually CPO.

Ryan comments about joining the Payter team:

"I'm thrilled to be the Chief Product Officer on the incredible Payter team. It's an honor to have this chance to assemble the Product team and jointly push the existing outstanding portfolio of goods and services to new heights in order to satisfy our clients.

Being a part of the Payter adventure at this crucial juncture in the organization's development is incredibly thrilling. Payter is already at the forefront of the unattended space, and I'm excited to be a part of their bright future.

Jack Driessen, CFO of Payter, brings twelve years of finance experience to the senior leadership group. Jack joins Payter from De Heus, the biggest animal feed firm in Europe, where he held the positions of Area Manager for Koudijs in East Africa and CFO of the Egyptian joint venture. He held a number of investment banking positions at Rabobank when he first began his career there.

Jack discusses his feelings about assuming his new position at Payter:

"I am ecstatic to be a part of Payter because, when you look closely, you can see the company's presence everywhere, and the sheer volume of transactions that go through our terminals every day is astounding.

The organization is focused on optimizing processes. This is demonstrated not just by the ease with which customers can pay using our systems—just a single tap—but also by providing our vendors with the means to remotely monitor their terminals. I identify with Payter's relentless pursuit of little changes that have a significant impact on end customers, and I am forward to join this group in supporting them.

The CEO of Payter, Remco Willemse, offers his perspective on Ryan and Jack joining the team:

"The Payter Product team will surely launch our products and services to an even higher standard of excellence if we allow Ryan to impart his many years of knowledge. With all of Jack's experience, we are also sure that he will take charge of our finance department and lead us to future success.

Payter is going through an exciting moment as we keep growing all around. We have had the pleasure of expanding our team with a number of gifted and motivated individuals thus far in 2024, as well as creating new possibilities throughout the world.
