The insurance industry's top provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, EIS, is about to launch ClaimSmartTM, an intelligent cloud solution that will transform claims administration.

The goal of ClaimSmart's debut is to improve customer satisfaction in the insurance industry by lowering expenses and addressing inefficiencies in claims handling procedures.

The product is a cloud-based AI solution that uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to reduce claims costs while increasing processing speed and fraud detection. It provides insurers with an adaptable digital front-end gateway, emphasizing self-service and improving the client experience as a whole.

ClaimPulseTM and ClaimGuardTM are the two main components of ClaimSmartTM.

ClaimPulseTM provides an integrated front-end digital interface, automated claims processing, and digital first notice of loss (Digital FNOL). With its specialization in fraud identification and risk assessment, ClaimGuardTM is an AI and ML solution that improves the security and integrity of the claims process.

Because it is core-agnostic, ClaimSmartTM integrates easily with the majority of policy and claims management systems. ClaimSmartTM delivers a complete end-to-end claim management solution, speeding up claim handling and providing a seamless experience for policyholders and insurers when paired with EIS's current claims system, ClaimCore.

The CEO of EIS, Alec Miloslavsky, stated, "There is an urgent need for claims systems to change. They are hampered by manual labor and inefficient procedures that worsen consumer experiences while also raising expenses. We created ClaimSmart as a result to take on these difficulties head-on.

We're embracing data science's disruptive potential to revolutionize insurance claims administration with ClaimSmart. Our dedication to intelligence, extensibility, and data fluidity is essential as we help insurers create the ecosystems of the future. Industry insiders like Celent, which designated our Claims Platform a 2024 Tech Standout, have acknowledged this vision. Miloslavsky stated, "Our goal remains to deliver the best possible claims management outcomes, setting new standards in the industry, as we continue to evolve our platform and collaborate with various insurtechs."

Tokio Marine's Claim Dept. Team Manager, Atsushi Wada, continued, "We're honored to be among ClaimSmart's early adopters. It's revolutionizing our claims handling procedure for clients and staff alike. Systems and procedures that were expensive and inefficient have been changed, leading to significant operational savings, quicker answers, and higher customer satisfaction.
