Novidea names Daniela Krispin as Vice President of Research & Development

The innovative cloud-based, data-driven business insurance management platform developer Novidea has announced Daniela Krispin's appointment as vice president of research and development.

As part of her new position, Krispin will be in charge of the company's R&D operations, innovation initiatives, the use of cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence, and the development of an agile and product-focused organizational culture.

 

After the firm made a number of important appointments in the last year, this move adds another noteworthy member to Novidea's technological leadership roster.


Erez Nassim, who became the CTO, and Ido Peled, who became the SVP of Product, stand out among them. By carefully selecting and hiring elite personnel, Novidea is strengthening its position as a leading player in the worldwide InsurTech industry.

 

Krispin, who specializes in SaaS products, data, and AI systems, was formerly Head of AI & Data at Amdocs and then served as VP of R&D at Seebo. Krispin also has experience in several top technological roles. During her tenure at Seebo, she led strategic initiatives, formed interdisciplinary teams, and improved product architecture. After Augury acquired Seebo, Krispin became the VP of R&D for the acquiring business.
