The app, which was once only available in 10 states, has now expanded to 47 states, which is a major step toward its mission of democratizing credit-building. The recently raised money will be used for a number of important initiatives, such as the introduction of the Altro Credit Builder Card and the most recent iteration of the app, which will promote an equitable financial ecosystem. Available to Premium subscribers without requiring credit approval, the Credit Builder Card is made especially for digital and streaming subscriptions, helping people who are either credit-phobic or trying to improve their credit standing.
