According to an Australian FinTech report, the investment was made through a placement to knowledgeable and experienced investors, demonstrating robust market confidence in Peppermint's vision and approach. 73,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares were issued in this placement at a price of 1.5 cents (A$0.015) each, representing a 15.8% discount from the 30-day VWAP of 1.78 cents (A$0.0178).
